William REX Thorp passed away peacefully at the
Arrow Lakes Hospital on October 2, 2010.
Rex is survived by his wife of 60 years, Evelyn, daughter Carol, son Grant, four grandchildren, Lisa (Grant), Meighan (Carol), Carly (Grant) and Alex (Grant) and 2 great grandchildren, Lucas and Thea (Lisa).
Rex was a proud Veteran and an active member of the Rotary Club.
A memorial service will be held on October 16, 2010 at the Legion Hall in Nakusp at 1 p.m.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that a donation to the
Alzheimer’s Society be made.
