In Loving Memory ~
Thelma Beverley Sawczuk (nee Bergman) passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at the age of 97 years.
She was predeceased by her husband George and her granddaughter Danielle Nally.
She will always be remembered and loved by her daughters Andrea Sawczuk (Danny Bobrow), Georgia (Brian) Sumner and Kristine (Steve) Marsden; grandchildren Heather French, Nathan Freier, Matthew Sumner Owen Sumner, Bret Marsden and Sean Marsden; 7 great grandchildren; sister Lynne (Ronald) Sowerby as well as other relatives and friends.
As well as a lifetime of loving her husband, our father, Thelma raised her homes, gardens and children to be straight and strong. She left us with her years of poetry and a legacy of unwavering forthrightness.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the staff of Moberly Manor and Mt. Cartier Court for their many years of loving care and to Doctors Anne-Marie Gill and Kate McCarroll for their watchful eyes.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
