It is with profound sadness the family of Rosalia (Teresa) Nesbitt announce her passing at Kelowna General Hospital on May 26th 2020 at the age of 92. She was the youngest daughter of Augusta and Leonce DeYaeger, born October 31, 1927 in Burton BC.
She resided the vast majority of her life in Edgewood BC raising 4 boys and helping mind the family farm. Rosalia was an active member of the Womens Institute in Edgewood for many years.
Rosalia was predeceased by husbands Ernest (Ernie) Donselaar and Victor (Spike) Nesbitt; brothers Carl, Albert, John, sisters Marie, and Annie. She is survived by a loving family, Sons, Gary Donselaar of Dawson Creek, Rodney/Cheryl Donselaar of Sorrento, Randy/Paulette Donselaar of Winfield, and Reg/Kimberly Donselaar of Chestermere, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Rosalia suffered chronic pain for several years and now is at peace in the hands of her lord.
Graveside services will be held in Edgewood BC at 1pm Saturday June 6th. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the limitations placed on gatherings attendance at the service is by invitation only.
Interment in care of Pleasant Valley Funeral Home, Vernon BC. Viewing will be from 10am to 3pm on Friday June 6th in the Chapel at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home. Viewing is limited to 2 persons at a time and an appointment is required. To make an appointment phone 250-542-4333
