Randy Earl Duncan

July 12, 1988 - April 28, 2011


It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Randy Earl Duncan on April 28, 2011 at the age of 22. He leaves behind his soul mate and fiancé Meagan, the love of his life daughter Kayleigh, loving parents Roy and Marlene, only sister Amanda, grandmother Isabel, intended in-laws Marian and Scott, Meagan’s brother Brandon and many many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.


Randy was born in New Denver July 12, 1988 and resided in Silverton throughout his childhood. He attended and graduated from Lucerne School in 2007. As an adult Randy chose a career mining with companies such as Klondike Silver, Genex/Roca Mine and most recently Tungsten.


Randy touched the hearts and lives of everyone who crossed his path. A sweet and loving man, who will be forever young, forever missed and forever loved.


Funeral service in celebration of Randy's life was held at the Silverton Memorial Hall May 14, 2011 at 1 o'clock. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the New Denver Volunteer Fire Dept. Randy's daughter Kayleigh's Trust Fund at The Kootenay Savings Credit Union, or The Randy Duncan Lucerne School Scholarship.
