Pat Cameron
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Pat Cameron on March 20, 2011 at the age of 69.
She was born on July 8, 1941 and resided in Carol’s Landing during her youth. In November of 1959 she married Stan Cameron. She worked in the school system as a kindergarten teacher and teacher’s aid from 1974 to 2003. After retirement Pat continued to volunteer at the Burton School. She was involved in the making of the history book ‘Whistle Stops Along the Columbia River Narrows’ and active with ‘The Friends of old Arrow Park’.
She is survived by her husband Stan, daughters Debbie Allard (Ric) & Kathy Bilinski (Russ), son Alan Cameron (Shannon), 5 grandchildren; Brad Allard, Keith Allard, Jacquelyn Allard (Steve), Lorne Bilinski (Tory) and Laird Bilinski (Diane), 1 great-grandchild Cheyenne, her brother John Figner and sister Jeanette Mikkelson.
