It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our sister, aunt, and friend Judy at the age of 72 years.
Judy was predeceased by her son Jason, father John, and mother Frances. She leaves to mourn her bothers Ken (Sherry), Dave (Patti), niece Angie Thiessen (Brian), and nephew Zach Ambrock (Christina).
She was very close to her great nieces and nephews Rachel, Lukas, Jack, Adam, Hannah, and Sara. Judy worked for the RCMP for 18 years. She was very active with the United Church, many charities, and had a passion for gardening and nature.
Many thanks to all the staff at the Summerwood Retirement Residence, Capital Care Norwood, close friends Trudie and Brent Lillies, and Ed Ruis for all their help and support.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Nakusp, B.C.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society.
