We regret to announce the passing of Frederick Benjamin Nesbitt on July 18, 2004 in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital at the age of 91 years. Fred was born in Perry Sound, ON, on September 8, 1912. He was predeceased by five brothers, Harry, Earl, Charlie, John and Wilfred. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Minnie: four daughters, Darlene (Tom) Wurz of Vernon, BC, Joyce (Maurice) Borho of Edgewood, BC, Georgina (Pat) Borho of Cranbrook, BC and Betty (Rolf) Meier of Grande Prairie, AB: 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Fred is also survived by one brother Victor (Teresa) of Edgewood, BC and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation. A Celebration of Life Service was held Saturday, July 24 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edgewood Legion Hall, Edgewood, BC.
