Watkins Frances Marie (nee Oatman) born in Anyox, BC November 6, 1932. Passed away August 15, 2005 at Burnaby General Hospital surrounded by family members. Fran leaves behind her husband Ted, daughters Joanne (Dave), Peggy (Terry), Heather (Andrew), son Ross (Leora), sister Marilyn (Ken), Irene (John), grandchildren Dylan, Jordi, Terran, Alison, Maggie, May, Sarah, sister-in-law Phyllis, nephews, nieces, and many extended family and friends. Fran was a 50 year member, past Matron and past Grand Representative of the Royal City Chapter #7 OES. Fran was also active in Job’s Daughters and Demolay. Fran enjoyed singing in various choirs throughout her lifetime. A memorial service was held at St. Michael’s Anglican Church in Vancouver on August 22, 2005. In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to the charity of your choice.
