It is with great sorrow and sadnessthat the family of Evelyn (Wandy) Nesbitt Sam announce her passing on August 20, 2018 at the age of 66.
Wandy was born in New Denver, B.C. on July 27, 1952 to Wilfred Nesbitt and Barbara Ackerman Nesbitt.
She was a gentle, loving and kind person. She had a special place in her heart for all animals and cared for many cats and dogs over the years.
She was predeceased by both her mother and father and grandparents. She was the granddaughter of Bertha Ackerman Millar. She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Martin Sam of Sparwood, B.C. Sisters Elaine Nesbitt, Jeannie Nesbitt Shaw (Barry) Jackie Nesbitt Crater (Bill). Brothers Art Nesbitt (Dixie), and Arnie Nesbitt (Anja). She also had many nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
