passed away peacefully on Nov. 4, 2007 at the age of 78 years. She is lovingly survived by her daughter-in-law and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sadly and forever missed by all those that knew her. Amy loved Nakusp and all her friends who reside here. Nothing made her happier then visiting with friends, drinking coffee and swapping stories. The family wishes to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Arrow Lakes Hospital, especially to Dr. Kelland whom Amy liked and trusted so much. A memorial tea was held in honour of Amy on Nov. 9 at the Nakusp Legion Hall. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
