The remainder of a partial evacuation alert at the Mulvey Creek wildfire in the Slocan Valley has been rescinded, according to the Regional District of Central Kootenay.

This alert for one part of the Mulvey Creek area was the last one still active in the Slocan Valley after another section of the alert was rescinded on Aug. 23. Also rescinded on that date were alerts connected with the Komonko Creek, Nemo Creek and Ponderosa wildfires.

Addresses and maps for all of these fires can be found here.
