Update:
Two fires located approximately 1.5 and 1.8 km outside of Pingston Creek have grown from 0.3 and 1.1 hectares when they were first discovered to 146 and 122 hectares.

Four wildfires near Upper Arrow Lake have been listed as out-of-control.
Two fires closest to the lake are estimated to be 0.3 hectares and 1.1 hectares in size. The other fires, further away from the lake are estimated to be 0.05 hectares and 0.01 Hectares. These fires are approximately 1.5 and 1.8 km outside of Pingston Creek.
The cause of these fires is suspected to be lightning. BC Wildfire Service is responding to the blazes.
