The Nakusp waterfront walkway.

You haven't really seen Nakusp if you don't take time to stroll down the waterfront promenade and take in the views across the Upper Arrow Lake towards Saddleback Mountain.

Anchored by the Nakusp Marina and Nakusp Beach, this paved level stroll takes you past the Spicer Garden, the Japanese Garden and the historic Leland Hotel, the oldest continually-operating hotel in B.C. The walk is stroller and wheelchair friendly, and a good place to walk the dog. It is in the heart of Nakusp, and the many benches are the place to bring your take-out snack, stretch out on the public lawns, or take a dip in the lake. Don't miss the stunning summer evenings and sunsets.
