You haven't really seen Nakusp if you don't take time to stroll down the waterfront promenade and take in the views across the Upper Arrow Lake towards Saddleback Mountain.
Anchored by the Nakusp Marina and Nakusp Beach, this paved level stroll takes you past the Spicer Garden, the Japanese Garden and the historic Leland Hotel, the oldest continually-operating hotel in B.C. The walk is stroller and wheelchair friendly, and a good place to walk the dog.
