White Chocolate Chip Almond Pecan Cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 package white chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped mixed almonds and pecans
mix all ingredients and drop on to ungreased cookie shee and bake at 375 for 8-12 mins. I prefer to use 9 mins as I like them to be a bit soft. Enjoy!!
