Werner Schneeberger passed away peacefully on July 25th, 2016 leaving his loving wife Emily, son; Fred (Martha), Becca, Ryan, Ben, Brendan, daughter; Sylvia Waeckerlin (Urs), Danny, Sonya, Katherine. Peter Werner travelled the world on various cruises with his soul mate Emily. The home ranch was his passion, raising cattle and gardening. He loved Nakusp and served the community as Waterboard member, Rotary Club President and Nakusp Ski Hill President, as well as President of the Nakusp Seniors Association and a Legion Member. He was the original log scaler for the BC Forest service on the Arrow Lakes TFL from 1968 until his retirement in 1989. His final years were spent with Emily at their Nakusp beach house, over looking his beloved Arrow Lake. He will be missed by his family and friends.
